Your return delivery for the repair order will be subject to a charge after the guarantee period. We refuse to accept any packets sent to us in a freight forward delivery!!! Costs for freight forward deliveries/return deliveries will be borne by the sender. Please understand that we are unable to bear any shipping expenses for a repair order if the guarantee period has already expired. The repair duration is approx. 2-3 working days plus the return delivery time by UPS. Please include a brief description of the fault with your defective appliance and note your telephone number, fax number or e-mail address for contact purposes. Please do not forget your sender address!
